Louisiana Highway 443 (LA 443) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Tangipahoa Parish. It spans 8.30 miles in a south to north direction. It is known locally as Morris Road.

From the south, LA 443 begins at a junction with US 190 just east of Hammond. It heads north-northeastward and intersects LA 1064 (which it is multiplexed with for about 1.5 miles). After LA 1064 departs to the south-southeast, LA 443 continues in a northerly direction and crosses the Tangipahoa River. It ends at an intersection with LA 40 and LA 442 near Loranger.
LA 443 is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
