Louisiana Highway 420 (LA 420) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Pointe Coupee Parish. It spans 7.34 miles in a west to east direction. It is known locally as River Road and Pointe Coupee Road.

LA 420 begins at an intesection with LA 1 and LA 10 east of Morganza. It heads north toward the west bank of the Mississippi River and then turns eastward. Following the river, the highway comes to an end with at LA 10 west of the New Roads-St. Francisville Ferry landing and north of New Roads.
It is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
