Louisiana Highway 400 (LA 400) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Assumption Parish. It spans 5.80 miles from west to east.

From the west, LA 400 begins at the east end of the Cancienne Canal Bridge (the actual roadway begins west of this point at a junction with LA 401). It continues eastward past junctions with LA 1011 and LA 1010 before ending at a junction with LA 1.
LA 400 is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
