Louisiana Highway 3251 (LA 3251) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Ascension Parish. It spans 3.8 miles and runs in a southwest to northeast direction. It is known locally as Belle Helene Road and Vulcan Road.

From southwest, LA 3251 begins at an intersection with LA 75 and runs in a northeasterly direction to a terminus with LA 30 less than a mile from Interstate 10.
