Louisiana Highway 3220 (LA 3220) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Lafourche Parish. It spans 0.22 miles in a west to east direction.

LA 3220's sole purpose is to provide a connection over Bayou Lafourche via a drawbridge south of Lockport. It links LA 1 (from the west) to LA 308 (to the east)
LA 3220 is an undivided, two-lane road for its entire length.
