Louisiana Highway 3141 (LA 3141) is a state highway in Louisiana which serves St. Charles Parish. It spans 1.27 miles in a south to north direction. It is known locally as Mary Plantation Road.

From the south, LA 3141 serves as a connector road between LA 3127 and LA 18. It crosses the railroad tracks at grade.
LA 3141 is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
