Louisiana Highway 3113 (LA 3113) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves East Baton Rouge Parish. It spans 1.91 miles in a west to east direction. It is known locally as Port Hudson Cemetery Road.

From the west, LA 3113 begins is at an intersection with Port Hickey Road near the Port Hudson National Cemetery. It heads east and ends at an intersection with US 61.
