Louisiana Highway 310 (LA 310) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Lafourche Parish. It spans 0.07 miles in a south to north direction.

LA 310 is a drawbridge over Bayou Lafourche. Beginning from west, it connects LA 1 and LA 657 in Larose. LA 308 can be accessed just to the south via LA 657.
LA 310 is an undivided, two lane highway for its entire length.
