Louisiana Highway 3090 (LA 3090) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Lafourche Parish. It spans 3.47 miles in a south to north direction.

From the south, LA 3090 begins in Port Fourchon and heads northward to a terminus at an intersection with LA 1. It is an important route for the oil and gas industry as well as fishermen.
LA 3090 is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
