Louisiana Highway 1121 (LA 1121) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Acadia Parish. It spans 1.52 miles in a south to north direction. It is known locally as Oro Trail Road.

From the south, LA 1121 begins at LA 100 in Crowley. It heads north to a terminus at LA 13 north of town.
It is a undivided, two lane highway for its entire length.
