Louisiana Highway 1089 (LA 1089) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves St. Tammany Parish. It spans 1.52 miles in an east/west direction. It is the main road that serves Fountainebleau State Park.

LA 1089 is simply the state-maintained portion of the main road in Fountainebleau State Park. It runs from a point 1.52 miles to the west of park entrance to the park entrance on US 190.
LA 1089 is an undivided, two-lane roadway for its entire length.
