Louisiana Highway 1068 (LA 1068) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves East Baton Rouge Parish. It spans 1.03 miles in a south to north direction. It is known locally as Drusilla Lane.

From the south, LA 1068 begins at a combined junction/interchange with LA 73 (Jefferson Highway) and I-12 (Westbound Exit 1-B/No Eastbound Exit)/(Eastbound entrance/No Westbound entrance) in Baton Rouge. It heads northward to a terminus at LA 426 (Old Hammond Highway).
LA 1068 is an undivided, two lane highway for its entire length.
