Louisiana Highway 1059 (LA 1059) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Tangipahoa Parish. It spans 1.32 miles in a west to east direction.

LA 1059 begins at a junction with South River Road east of the Tangipahoa River. It ends shortly east of there at a junction with LA 1058.
It is an undivided, two-lane route for its entirety.
