Louisiana Highway 1053 (LA 1053) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Tangipahoa Parish. It spans 5.60 miles in a southeast to northwest direction.

LA 1053 begins at a junction with US 51 (3rd Street) in Kentwood. It heads westward and passes over (but does not connect to) I-55. It then turns northward to the extreme northwestern portion of Tangipahoa Parish. It enters Mississippi on the Pike County/Amite County north-south line as MS 923/Spur MS 584 (Line Creek Road).
