Louisiana Highway 1051 (LA 1051) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Tangipahoa Parish. It spans 3.18 miles in a south to north direction. It is known in Kentwood as 9th Street.

From the south, LA 1051 begins at a junction with LA 1050 north of Tangipahoa. It enters the city limits of Kentwood as 9th Street. It ends at a junction with LA 1049, which continues along 9th Street to the north.
LA 1051 is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
