Louisiana Highway 1039 (LA 1039) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Livingston Parish. It spans 3.39 miles in a south to north direction. It is known locally as Black Lake Club Road and Bear Island Road.

From the south, LA 1039 begins in Denson 0.06 miles northeast of the Black Bayou Bridge. It heads eastward along Black Lake Club Road before turning northward along Bear Island Road. It ends at an intersection with LA 22 southwest of Killian.
LA 1039 is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
