Louise Lindner

Louise Sara Lindner Eastman (November 9, 1911 - March 1, 1962) [1] was the wife of entertainment lawyer Lee Eastman, and heiress to the Lindner Department Store fortune. She and husband Lee had four children, John Eastman, an entertainment attorney, Linda McCartney, deceased rock photographer, musician, animal rights activist, and wife of former Beatle Paul McCartney, and younger daughters Laura and Louise. Paul and Linda's four children: Heather, Mary, Stella and James were born after her death. Of the four McCartney children, Heather Louise McCartney and James Louis McCartney have middle names to honor their maternal grandmother. Louise Linder Eastman died in a plane crash on March 1, 1962.
