Louie Espinosa is also known as."The action man" of Mandaluyong city, Philippines because of his political performance in the city of Mandaluyong. He started his political career in the early 90's and served for 9 years as a barangay captain in Barangay poblacion.He was also honored by former COMELEC chairman Benjamin Abalos as the outstanding barangay captain.

He became one of the councilors in Mandaluyong in 1998 and became the chairman of peace and order commitee in Mandaluyong city.He finished his 9 year term as a councilor last year.

As of this year, he was appointed as the new chief of TRAFFIC AND PARKING MANAGEMENT OFFICE or TPMO of Mandaluyong city.
