Purpose of use	There is commentary in the article about the logo itself as follows: Not applicable.This is a particularly rare image that I just found of this organisation in colour since I don't know anywhere else that would've done an image like this. Though the source link doesn't show the image I think it comes from this source because the Ebay website was showing Cambodian stamps and this logo is a stamp.I guess I downloaded this Ebay source link onto my favorites. Thankfully this organisation will have lasted into the late 1980's because their political party the Khmer Peoples Revolutionary Party in the mid 1980's will will have become I think reformist in their political orientation which I think means they will have put away their ideology of Marxism-Leninism which I guess is anti-religious.
