The 21st Los Angeles Film Critics Association Awards, honoring the best in film for 1995, were announced on 16 December 1995 and given on 17 January 1996.
Mike Figgis' Leaving Las Vegas won the awards (4) for Best Picture, Director, Actor (Cage) and Actress (Shue). Don Cheadle (Devil in a Blue Dress) was voted Best Supporting Actor and Joan Allen (Nixon) Best Supporting Actress.
