I own the Copyright and release it for Wikipedia under GNU's FDL. The image originally appeared on Aberdare Blog - about the South Wales Valleys.
This image shows the village of Perthcelyn or the "Lossity" (Lost City) as it is commonly referred to locally. It is a village nestled high upon a tough South Wales Valleys mountainside, nearby Mountain Ash and around twenty five miles north of Cardiff, the Capital City of Wales.
