Hi, I saw your note that this article was error ridden. Can you please correct it? Incidentally such notes would be better placed on the "talk" page of the articel in question. Rich Farmbrough. 18:47, 18 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Copyright violations

Please do not add copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Your addition to Lewis Nicola was a nearly word-for-word copy of the entry from L. Edward Purcell's Who Was Who in the American Revolution. This is a copyright violation. This edit to James Wood (governor) was also copied from that book. How many more of your edits are copyright violations? Please don't copy word-for-word from other sources. Use the sources to write the material in your own words, and then list the sources you've used. Thanks. —Kevin Myers 11:57, 10 December 2007 (UTC)

Your article Henry Jackson (general) borrows a few phrases from Purcell's book, but you've clearly used at least one other source as well. Please cite your sources. Thanks. —Kevin Myers 12:19, 10 December 2007 (UTC)
