Born on December 17, 1954, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering is a technical advisor to many private and public enterprises, an inventor with certified Philippine Patents and he is dedicated to research and development and the very first Filipino who developed business software application by himself for more than 2 decades. He is a freelance website and software developer and is a guest to two major media outfit at Philippines' http://www.net-25.com and DZBB of GMA-7.

His creations were featured in "Computer Metropolitan Times" newspaper and "PsiCom" magazine in the Philippines. His information technology articles were published in many foreign newspapers such as "Arab News" in the Middle East and "Saipan Tribune" in Saipan, USA.

He writes software without the assistance of outsourcing system and therefore allowed him to develop and complete automated and digital Map Annotation program for Philippines' scene. He was also the first to introduce online technical help to I.T. users via mobile phone called "Text ONLINEHELP send to 2299".
