Talk:Lord Justice Clerk

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I am of the opinion that this title should have a hyphen: Lord Justice-Clerk. David Lauder 20:44, 23 December 2006 (UTC)

All statutory references to the Lord Justice Clerk use the unhyphenated form, as does the Scottish Court Service website.--George Burgess 10:35, 18 January 2007 (UTC)

  • That is interesting as virtually every book reference I have consulted contains the hyphen. I will write to the Clerk of the Court of Session and ask what it should be. David Lauder 13:06, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
Why do some have the full date of their appointment and others not? The full dates are largely available right back into the early years. David Lauder 09:16, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
