Wow. I've never seen someone who's been dead for over 100 years described with such venom. He may have been all of the things the article suggests, but the tone is wrong. I would suggest more direct quotes from the references. Megapixie 03:07, 23 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Another fine mess

Though not as bad as William Beldham. Needs revision and expansion. Some of the tales in the article are anecdotal and I don't think they can be verified. Where does the eight centuries at Lord's come from? --BlackJack | ^{talk page} 06:11, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
