Lorenzo Minotti (born February 8, 1967) is an Italian former football (soccer) player in defender role.
Minotti was born in Cesena, Emilia-Romagna. He started career his in 1985 with Cesena in Serie B and played in Serie A with Parma, Cagliari, Torino and Treviso. He played 201 matches and scored 19 goals, and won two Coppa Italia, one UEFA Cup Winners' Cup in 1993 and one UEFA Cup, a game played at the Wembley Stadium in which he opened the scoring with a powerful header.
For the Italy national football team he won 8 caps and was on the roster for 1994 FIFA World Cup, without playing any game.
