This is a list of people who have served as Lord Lieutenant for the area of Berwickshire.
The official title of the office was as follows
- His (or Her) Majesty's Lieutenant for the County of Berwick (until May 16, 1975)
- Lord-Lieutenant for Borders Region (District of Berwickshire) May 16, 1975 – March 31, 1996[1]
- Lord-Lieutenant of Berwickshire since April 1, 1996[2]
