Lord Leitch is a life peer of the United Kingdom. He is best known for his influential Leitch Review of Skills in the UK (2005). Having previously working with UKISA and Zurich Financial Services, he is currently a non-executive director at United Business Media plc and Lloyds TSB plc, and chairman of Intrinsic Financial Services Limited, BUPA and Scottish Widows plc.
