The Long Beach Lions are a semi-professional football team based in Long Beach, California. They are currently members of the Western Division of the Labelle Community Football League (LCFL). In 2005, the Lions won the LCFL Championship. The Lions play their home games at Long Beach City College.

[edit] Veterans Memorial Stadium
The Long Beach Lions play at Veterans Memorial Stadium at Long Beach City College. Veterans Memorial Stadium (also known as Veterans Stadium, Vets Stadium or simply The Vet) is a stadium located south of the Liberal Arts Campus of Long Beach City College in Long Beach, California. It is the home stadium to a number of local area high school football teams, as well as Long Beach City College's football team. It was also home to Long Beach State's football team until the program disbanded in 1991.

The uniform of the Long Beach Lions is traditional gold, black and white. The team uniforms are a popular one in the LCFL and among the players. The Lions have two team logos, both being the mascot of a Lion.
