Purpose of use	As a logo, it is used as the primary means of identification of RTL in its article. To illustrate the colours and design of the RTL which are in use since 2002 on all its buses and services that identify it.
Replaceable?	No, it is not likely that a free image could accurately represent this logo.
Other information	The commercial interests of the RTL are respected due to the low resolution of the image. Since the logo image is captioned by "RTL's logo since 2002", it does not confuse the reader into thinking that the article is endorsed by the RTL.
