This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit. This publicity photo is allowable under United States copyright law. Integral to the article it accompanies, it portrays a publicity photo of the last recording line-up of the band. In addition, the record company that released the publicity photo, for promotional purposes, intended for the widest possible exposure for the photo (press, publications, gig advertising, etc.); that company has since ceased to exist.
