[edit] George Mason University

Hi Lokaydokay,

I was looking over your edits to GMU, and was wondering if I could offer some constructive advice. Please use edit summaries. These can be brief (i.e. "spellchecking", or "wikifying") but should be an accurate description of the changes made. Also, please try to use the "show preview" button, rather than making a large number of edits over a short period of time. I myself have made many edits which required me to make a second edit to fix a mistake, but as a general rule, when I know I am making many small or large changes to an article, it is helpful to review these changes through the preview button, and save your changes as one edit. This makes it simple for other editors to see your changes in comparison to the prior version of the page.

One further helpful hint: I noticed you blanked your talk page when I was reviewing here to make my own comments. Just be advised that this is counter to best practice in Wikipedia (see WP:Talk). If you want to keep your talk page "clean", I can show you how to archive past comments, and keep just the archive link on your talk page. Happy editing! Hiberniantears 02:57, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
