Official logo of the région found on many websites such as [1], [2], [3], [4], and so on.

Fair use rationale: this logo is an essential part of the region infobox at the beginning of the Lorraine (region) article. The low resolution of this logo is used in hundreds of websites to illustrate the Lorraine region. There is no free version of this logo that I know of.
