Theater room of the Palais-Cardinal (later Palais-Royal), arranged according to the rules of perspective of the Renaissance, and inaugurated with the presentation of Mirame, by Desmarets de Saint-Sorlin. The presence, at the focal point of Louis XIII, Anne d'Autriche and Cardinal Richelieu illustrates well the so-called "l'œil du prince" discovered by Nicola Sabbatini. Painting after Abraham Bosse; Paris, Musée des Arts Décoratifs, France
