A tag has been placed on Ardecore, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Ardecore, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. I'm assuming from your answer that English is not your first language. :)

There could be a translation issue going on here. "Angels" perhaps might be a term used to refer to an altitude in a language other than English. As in, possibly the French word for "angels" might also be used to describe a particular altitude. I do not believe the English term has that meaning, which is why I linked to the dictionary.com entry. I certainly believe you're acting in good faith here, but I think you might be mistaken (or perhaps the person who made that post on wordreference was mistaken) about the meaning of the word. The issue is going to be with whether a forum post is going to be considered a reliable source. Under the Wikipedia guidelines, it's probably not going to be. The reason is that we have no way to verify who the person is who made that statement so we can evaluate their credibility. The other thing you need to think about is that the entry you made for "angels" wouldn't exactly be a good entry for Wikipedia anyway. It's more of a dictionary definition (e.g. "X word means Y"); that's more appropriately suited for our sister site Wiktionary. If you can find an English source (other than a forum post) backing up that definition, why not add it to Wiktionary? Gromlakh (talk) 23:10, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

I would suggest maybe just starting a discussion on the page for "angel" or "angels" over there, post what you've got, and see what you can come up with.
