An anon user added: although it is probably named after Queen Isabel, wife of Robert the Bruce). This seems unlikely, contradicts the Queen Vic explanation also given in the article and the external refs, therefore I'm removing it.--JBellis 18:19, 1 September 2007 (UTC)

I stand corrected - and have added a reference. A better reference than a tourist site would be more robust though.--JBellis 19:01, 1 September 2007 (UTC)
