[edit] Renaming Mountain Chat to Alpine Chat

I've renamed the reference to Mountain Chat to Alpine chat as they both refer to the same bird in this context. The reason I did this is because Mountain Chat links to another African bird that is not found as far north as Kenya. By linking to the Alpine Chat page this disambiguity is avoided.
