If you know a more exact name for Yugoslavia at the time of Zizek's birth, by all means clarify the 1949 official name in his bio. The point isn't to debate the merits of various political states or ideologies, but simply to neutrally state the name of the country where a given bio subject was born (even if name changes or political reorganizations follow that birth).
