Lauren 'Lo' Bosworth (born September 29, 1986), often referred to simply as "Lo", is an American socialite and television personality. She is best known for being a main character on the MTV reality series Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County and on the subsquent spin-off show, The Hills, which follows her best friend and housemate's Lauren Conrad's personal and professional life as she pursues a career in the fashion industry whilst trying to juggle boys, friends, nightlife and her work.

She was born in Laguna Beach, California and has a younger sister and a younger brother. Bosworth lived with her family in Laguna Beach throughout her childhood and high school years. Unlike other cast members of Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County, Lo's parents were stricter and did not allow her to attend the trips to Catalina or Cabo.

Lo attended college at UCSB as of January 2006. She is currently a communications major at the University of California, Santa Barbara in Santa Barbara, California, and is a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority, and formerly lived in the Three Arches Bay gated-community in southern Laguna Beach before moving in with her The Hills co-stars and best friends Audrina Patridge and Lauren Conrad. She transfered to UCLA for her junior year. As of May 2006, she was attending college at UCSB as a sophomore.

Throughout all three, now four seasons of The Hills Lo has been the one constant in her best friend, Lauren Conrad's life. She has not been considered a main character of the series yet, but has had various story lines through the seasons, including a romance with Frankie Delgado which was shown when they kissed in Vegas at Brody Jenner's birthday weekend. She has almost always been a part of any party or event that Lauren is involved with and frequently spends time with the three main characters. In the end half of season three, Lo, Lauren and Audrina moved into a house together, however, Audrina feels that Lo is causing problems in Lauren and Audrina's friendship.

She received a Volkswagen Jetta during her senior year as a graduation present from her parents.
Her favourite television shows include The OC and Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica.
Her favourite sports teams are the Los Angeles Lakers, the Los Angeles Angels, and the Oakland Raiders.
Like most Laguna Beach girls, Lo loves going to the beach.
Some of her favourite artists include Ashlee Simpson, Maroon 5, Beyoncé, Outkast, and Atmosphere.
Despite many Xanga, MySpace profiles, and other weblogs, Lo has stated numerous times that she does not have any online profile and that they are all fake. She did have a MySpace profile for a brief period of time, which was set on private mode, but she has since deleted the account.
Lo sold her Volkswagen Jetta, which she received for graduation, on Ebay for $15,000.
She enjoys going out for sushi with friends.
She has a fetish for big sunglasses.
