Liz Neal

Liz Neal (born 1973) is an artist based in London.
Neal grew up in North Wales. She makes paintings and installations which reference sexual, consumer and fantasy imagery.[1] From 2001-2003, Neal turned the front room of her North London flat into an installation by covering every surface of the space with painted canvas.[2] The room was later re-constructed in the prominent 2001 Martin Maloney-curated exhibition Death to the Fascist Insect That Prays on the Life of the People at Anthony D’Offay Gallery.[3]
