[edit] Welcome

Hello, Livingwords, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits to the page Robert Iger have not conformed to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and have been reverted. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media. Always remember to provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles.

There is a page about the verifiability policy that explains the policy in greater detail, and another that offers tips on the proper ways of citing sources. If you are stuck and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!  NrDg 14:40, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] March 2008

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Talk:Theta Nu Epsilon. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Hello, please do not change the signatures of other users as you did at the Theta Nu talk page. Thanks! Pgagnon999 (talk) 15:44, 9 March 2008 (UTC) P.S., also, please do not disguise your own signature as you attempted to do so on the same page. Such attempts are against Wikipedia policy; I've fixed the signature problems, showing proper attribution. Thanks. --Pgagnon999 (talk) 16:11, 9 March 2008 (UTC) Pgagnon, you are confusing me with someone. I just removed an email address which people were attributing to someone else in that train wreck.

[edit] Minor edits

You appear to have "mark all edits as minor" turned on in your prefereces. See WP:Minor. Minor edits are those that don't change the meaning, such as spelling corrections, formatting changes, wikilinks, etc. Edits like this[1] are certainly not minor. Also, per the section aboice, it would be very helpful if you'd summarize your edits for the ebenfit of other editors. Lastly, please make sure that your edits are verifiable. Adding sources is the best way to do so. ·:· Will Beback ·:· 22:47, 3 June 2008 (UTC) The information is the same just moved so that it is chronological and put into separate paragraphs. There is no new info. But I'll keep that in mind.

[edit] Paleoconservatism

I reverted your massive changes (marked as "minor") to Paleoconservatism. Please remember that Wikipedia is a collaborative project. It's inappropriate to slice and dice material that has been worked on and discussed by many editors. Please discuss major changes on the talk page. I've started a thread for the purpose, Talk:Paleoconservatism#Shortening. ·:· Will Beback ·:· 08:21, 4 June 2008 (UTC) Yet you took out the sourced quotes all through the page and kept wholesale block quotes, pages long. Wow.
