[edit] Article improvement ideas
This is an important article from the standpoint of Northern California, and it is worthy of considerable attention. Here are some ideas for expansion:
- Relate to area geometry of other valleys: eg amador and san ramon and explain tri valley concept
- Discuss air quality and position relative to smog formation. discuss history of air quality study by city of livermore.
- Discuss intrinsic relation of livermore to amador valley via LAVWMA in water management
- Describe surface hydrology and stream confluences.
- More info on soils, ecology
