Talk:Live! Tonight! Sold Out!!
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I beleive this video has sold in excess of 500,000 copies now, I think that has been well documented in the past I'm trying to find some official evidence to write it up here on Wiki.
- According to the RIAA's searchable Gold and Platinum Database, the video was certified platinum (1 million copies) in 1995. --jh51681 21:10, 27 October 2005 (UTC)
Just wondering, is there a reason why this is left off of the {Nirvana (band)} box? --Cowmeister88 December 6, 2005

[edit] Love Buzz
Okay, according to a few people on YouTube (not reliable, but thats why I'm discussing it here), the video of Love Buzz has a part after Kurt attacks a camera man where Dave sings "Macho Macho Man! I wanna be a macho man!". Apparently it was edited out for copyright reasons. The only problem is, that video is labeled as the performace on November 25, 1991 in Amsterdam, Holland. This article says the performance is on October 19, 1991 in Dallas, Texas. Any idea where the mistake is? -- Reaper X 17:59, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
- It's a goof here. The version of "Love Buzz" on LTSO starts with the Dallas performance through Kurt bashing the bouncer, then finishes with part of the Amsterdam performance. So it should have listed both locations. -- ChrisB 19:09, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
Alright, cool. I think it might be mentionable to add the part about the Macho man as well, so i will do so. -- Reaper X 19:51, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
- Is there a source that says that? I'm not entirely comfortable including that if we're simply assuming that it's the reason - it may have been for other reasons (ie, not wanting to include two "incidents" in the same song). -- ChrisB 19:57, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:LTSOfront.jpg
Image:LTSOfront.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 23:18, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
