"Live on a Hot August Night" was Crispy Ambulance's third release and the second release made on Factory Records (this time on it's Belgian Division called Factory Benelux). It was produced by the legendary producer, Martin Hannett and even though the title suggests the single was recorded live, it was recorded in a Studio.[2]
