It's recently been confirmed by Much Music that the event will be taking place on July 12, 2008 at the Downsview Park in Toronto, Ontario Canada.

It's been rumored that Pop-Punk/Rock Band Green Day will be headlining the show. Canadian band Billy Talent will be performing, and as well as 3 Doors Down. Many other major bands have not yet been confirmed. Also on the list, is said to be Aussie band AC/DC, and U2. In an interview this past month, Slash is said to be talking about the event, and might be attending.
