Liu Jiayi

Liu Jiayi (Chinese: 刘家义; August 1955 - ) is the current auditor general in National Audit Office of the People's Republic of China.
Borin in Kai County, Chongqing, he graduated from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. After the college, he was assigned to work in audit office in Sichuan Province. In 1988, he was promoted to National Audit Office. In September 1996, after completing one-year training for young cadres at CPC Central Party School, Liu was appointed as vice auditor general. Following the retirement of Li Jinhua, he was promoted to the auditor general of National Audit Office of PRC in March 2008.
He is a senior auditor, and a member of CPC 17th central committee.
