Who were the actors that played the two metalheads? I did alot of searching but couldn't find anything.

I added something about the inspiration for the title characters name. In the second series of twin peaks there is a young boy named nick, who people call Little Nicky and he is suspected to be the devil at one point.

I don't think that the character "Whitey" has anything to do with Eight Crazy Nights; Little Nicky was released in 200, Eight Crazy Nights was released two full years later
