Little Saturday (pikkulauantai) is a Finnish concept that adds Wednesday to the list of "drinking days", with Friday and Saturday. Many nightclubs and bars stay open up to 4 am and offer many kinds of little Saturday specials (rock shows, cheaper drinks etc.) Finnish teenagers and young adults often use pikkulauantai as a synonym for Wednesday (keskiviikko in Finnish.)
