Little Dorrit is an upcoming television serial, written by Andrew Davies[1] and based on the novel by Charles Dickens. The production follows the great success of Bleak House.
Filming began 28 April 2008 in the UK, with Claire Foy playing the title role.[2] Little Dorrit will be broadcast on BBC One in Autumn 2008, and will be in soap opera format with 14 half-hour episodes following an initial hour-long episode.[3]
