Little Creek is a town in Kent County, Delaware, United States. It is part of the Dover, Delaware Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is part of the Dover, Delaware Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 195 at the 2000 census.

Little Creek is located at 39°9′55″N, 75°26′55″W (39.165360, -75.448473)[1].

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.1 square miles (0.3 km²), all of it land.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 195 people, 67 households, and 49 families residing in the town. The population density was 1,780.5 people per square mile (684.5/km²). There were 74 housing units at an average density of 675.7/sq mi (259.7/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 91.28% White, 6.67% African American, 0.51% Native American, 0.51% from other races, and 1.03% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.59% of the population.

There were 67 households out of which 40.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 46.3% were married couples living together, 14.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 25.4% were non-families. 20.9% of all households were made up of individuals and 13.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.91 and the average family size was 3.32.

In the town the population was spread out with 33.8% under the age of 18, 5.6% from 18 to 24, 29.2% from 25 to 44, 14.9% from 45 to 64, and 16.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 34 years. For every 100 females there were 87.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 89.7 males.

The median income for a household in the town was $39,375, and the median income for a family was $41,563. Males had a median income of $27,250 versus $25,000 for females. The per capita income for the town was $13,418. About 7.7% of families and 18.8% of the population were below the poverty line, including 26.5% of those under the age of eighteen and none of those sixty five or over.
